UNDERWORLD TIES CONFIRMED!!!

Producer of the yet to be released flick CHORI CHORI CHUPKE CHUPKE, Nasim Rizvi was arrested last week by the Mumbai Police for his ties with the underworld. 

It has been reported that Nasim Rizvi used the help of underworld don Chotta Shakeel inorder to make the movie, and get it released. This also includes threatening the Devgans to delay the release of their ambitious project "RAJU CHACHA" so that this movie sees a free run at the box office. 

It has also been reported that producer Rizvi was even scheming with Chotta Shakeel to kill top stars like Hrithik Roshan and Shahrukh for not agreeing to star in Rizvi's future projects. 

Now with Nasim Rizvi finally admitting to these allegations, the role of the financer of the movie, top shot Bharat Shah is also being put into the picture. The Police are also questioning the stars of the movie, Salman, Rani and Preity and many others inorder to get to the bottom of all this.

SHAHRUKH & RANI IN KBC

So folks, fans of the popular Kaun Banega Crorepati managed to see Aamir and Sonali Bendre doing the rounds in the KBC Diwali Special. And at the turn of the year, we shall be seeing another New Year special edition of KBC and this time the stars will be none other than Shahrukh Khan and Rani Mukherjee. Another must-see episode of KBC. 

Co-incidentally, the amounts that are said to be won are the same as what the fromer two won in the Diwali episode, that is Shahrukh bagging 50 lakhs while Rani contended with 25 lakhs. 

SHALL WE SEE THE "GRAHAN"?

Ok, the latest reports received states that the Jackie Shroff production venture GRAHAN, which had its audio release and promos out way back a couple of years ago shall be finally releasing this January.

The movie supposedly promises a good watch with reports of a career best performance from Manisha Koirala as a rape victim. 

The movie, from the word go, had problems with producers, directors, distributors and eventually proved to be a major burden to the production house of Jackie Shroff. 

And the helping hand for Jackie to release this movie comes from buddies Subash Ghai and Govinda. Hope things work out atleast this time! 

ACCIDENT ON THE SETS OF 'DEVDAS'

In a freak accident on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's DEVDAS, few unit members were reportedly injured when a stand fan collapsed and one of them eventually died while another in a rather critical condition. 

Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali was reportedly arrested and was later released on bail. 

"SURVIVOR" COMING TO INDIA

Forget your KAUN BANEGA CROREPATI, and I know not many even have managed to catch a glimpse of its original version, WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE in these Indian parts. 

But Indian viewers are going to be lucky because the latest craze millionaire gameshow of the US, SURVIVOR is premiering on AXN from December 19th onwards. 

So don't miss it folks, because you can't expect a desi version of it anytime soon!

THE BIG KHANS SHALL TEAM UP!

Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan will be teaming up for their big project afterall. 

The RajKumar Santoshi movie, which was always on and off for some time now, has finally once again given a green light. 

Let's hope it will manage to keep both the Khan's fans happy.

Music for this movie is scheduled to start around March, and the music will be provided by A.R.Rahman!  And that certainly makes it a project to watch out for.

ANUPAM OUT, ASHUTOSH IN

Zee Tv is reportedly planning to drop Anupam Kher from their prestigious game show SAWAAL DUS CRORE KA. With the show failing to generate the same excitement as that of its archrival KAUN BANEGA CROREPATI, the channel is on the lookout for a new host that can create the magic. And among the new probables, Ashutosh Rana is certainly the hot favorite to replace the veteran actor and take on the hot seat.

The competition certainly looks to become more bigger with entertainer No.1 Govinda getting ready to host SONY TV's gameshow. 

KARAN JOHAR's NEXT WITH SURPRISES

Karan Johar's next ambitious venture is being shot in full swing. The shooting of the movie, titled KABHI KUSHI KABHI GHAM, is in full swing and boasts of a strong starcast that includes Amitabh Bhachan, Jaya Bhachan, Shahrukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor. 

Now multistarrers definitely don't getter bigger than this, do they?

Well, many expected some flames to fly when rivals Hrithik and Shahrukh get together for this one, but surprisingly, both have no problems so far and are happy to play their respective roles of brothers in the movie.

But here comes the surprise package of the movie- Karan Johar has also roped in Rani Mukherjee to do a special role in the movie, and Shahrukh's son Aaryan Khan will also play the part of junior Khan in the movie.

AKSHAY-TWINKLE TO MARRY??

Akshay kumar has a number of females to his list- relationships come and go easily to this man. And yes! the media have also blown his affairs out of proportion at times. 

Now, there is a news doing rounds that he will finally tie the knot with Twinkle Khanna somewhere around next month! 

Hope this too is not a rumour like many of his earlier ones.

HEY RAM FOR OSCARS

HEY RAM will be India's official entry to the Academy Awards early next year.
The movie with a brilliant idea about a man's scheming to kill Gandhi and with certainly a difference ended up being a disaster at the box office. Kamal Hassan, also lost the best actor award this year to Mohanlal in the final rounds. But looks like Kamal Hasan can be happy with this news atleast!
And as for the Oscars, lets keep the fingers crossed!

This tie up hopes to get deals with big corporates in terms of sponsorship, product placements in moviees and celerity endorsements.
