Looks like ASIANET is having a ball of a time this time. Surprisingly it has nothing to do with television, but Asianet is reigning supreme even in the field of cinema.

 

They co-produced two small budgeted flicks this year and both the movies are sharing the Best Film honors. The films are Kamal's Megha Malhaar and Rajeev Kumar's Sesham.

Sesham stars Jayaram and Geetu Mohandas walks away with the best actor & actress awards. Director Rajeev Kumar also wins best director award. 

 

Megha Malhaar, the Biju Menon-Samyuktha Verma movie bags also best script and music too. 

Ravanaprabhu is adjedged most popular movie.

 

The award also is honouring Balachandra Menon with a lifetime achievement award.
